Stacey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience working with adolescents and adults. She specializes in self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, relationship dynamics, stress management, depression, and anxiety.

Stacey utilizes EMDR Therapy to help clients process and heal from past experiences, fostering growth and resilience. Her person-centered and compassionate approach creates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel valued and understood.

Outside of her professional work, Stacey enjoys staying active, exploring nature, traveling, and reading.

Bailey Mlinar

MA, PPC – Therapist

Bailey is a provisionally licensed mental health counselor committed to helping clients build healthier relationships with their minds and lead fulfilling lives. She supports clients in envisioning their goals, overcoming challenges, and tailoring therapy to their individual needs. Her holistic approach integrates modalities such as art therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, CBT, and EMDR.

Specializing in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, Bailey provides a warm, non-judgmental environment that encourages self-discovery and builds resilience. She is genuine, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting you on your mental health journey.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys creating art, exploring various forms of media, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Jennifer “Jenn” Blomberg

MA, PPC – Therapist

Jenn is a provisionally licensed mental health counselor who helps individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and other life challenges. She takes a holistic approach to therapy, addressing the mind, body, and spirit, and tailors each session to meet the unique needs and strengths of her clients. Jenn is passionate about creating a supportive and empowering space for growth and healing.

With experience in both private practice and community health settings, Jenn has worked with diverse populations and emphasizes the importance of empathetic, trauma-informed care. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to fostering growth, offering a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their vulnerabilities and uncover their authentic selves.

Outside of her professional work, Jenn enjoys reading, spending time in nature, practicing mindfulness, staying active, and sharing meaningful moments with loved ones. She is honored to be a part of your healing journey.

Matthew Burns

Master’s Level Intern

Matthew is a second-year graduate student in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Wyoming. He is a dedicated and compassionate counselor who embraces a person-centered approach to therapy. Matthew believes in creating a space where every client feels heard, valued, and understood.

Grounded in existential theory, he helps clients explore life’s deeper meaning and purpose, offering empathy and insight as they navigate challenges. By fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment, Matthew empowers clients to embrace their personal journeys, make authentic choices, and discover fulfillment in their true selves.

Theresa Hansen

Theresa Hansen is a 500 hour experienced registered yoga teacher.  She has been teaching yoga in Cheyenne for 15 years. She has experience in Vinyasa, Restorative, BUTI, and Chair Yoga. Her goal is to become a trauma informed yoga instructor.
