While we are in -network, it’s crucial that you connect with your insurance provider to gather more details about your benefits. Here are some useful questions to ask:

• Do I have a deductible? If yes, what’s the amount, and have I fulfilled it already?
• After my deductible is met, what will be my per-session cost?
• Does my health insurance plan cover mental health (psychotherapy) benefits?
